1. Lauderhill Performing Arts Center
1,128-seat performing arts facility and cultural landmark, equipped with a Proscenium Stage, Multipurpose Room, large Lobby, and outdoor Terrace overlooking the beautiful neighboring park located in the heart of central Broward County in Lauderhill, FL.

ACM helped open this facility to rave reviews in 2016. Since then, ACM has been instrumental in helping the City recruit top talent to staff all departments, and provide booking support for over 150 event days annually with a major emphasis on developing an annual Broadway Series lineup. ACM has also helped the City lower its operating costs by over $200K.

2. Coral Springs Center for the Arts
1,471-seat arts and entertainment complex, which houses meeting room space and a 10,000 square foot Museum of Art, featuring changing exhibits of works by nationally-recognized artists and Florida artists, located in Coral Springs, FL.

ACM CEO, Kevin Barrett, made his mark in Florida from 1999-2016, as he turned this sleepy little theater into one of the top venues in the state with creative marketing and programming ideas, and a keen eye for the bottom line. Some of his achievements while working for PFM included slashing the deficit from nearly $1 million to under $300K, and creating the largest summer theater camp in South Florida turning an annual net profit of $200K+.
3. Mizner Park Cultural Center

245-seat Theater and 216-seat Cabaret Room known for its premier location, directly in one of Palm Beach County’s ultimate shopping and dining centers, Mizner Park, in Boca Raton, FL.

ACM took over this underutilized venue in the heart of Boca Raton in late 2016, and centralized all departments under one roof. Bookings increased dramatically in the first two years and rental income doubled.

Lauderhill Performing Arts Center

ACM helped guide this theater through construction, their successful Grand Opening and was instrumental in developing programming, staffing and marketing plans to ensure success in the competitive Florida market. ACM also has been instrumental in developing a Broadway Series lineup and lowering the annual theater subsidy.

During his 17-year tenure running this theater, ACM CEO Kevin Barrett, increased earned income by $600K, reduced the City’s loss from nearly $1 million to under $300K, and created the largest summer theater camp in all of South Florida, a program that grosses over $650,000 and hosts thousands of children annually.

ACM took this intimate theater to another level, booking over 100+ performance days and dramatically improving the marketing and sales operation within the first 12 months of operation. ACM also helped launch a Cabaret and Comedy Series in a second 5,000 sq. ft. space that garnered rave reviews.
